The Next Coming Up iPod Touch Will Have Camera Features?

Talk about iPod Touch, I really love iPod since it looks like iPhone even slimmer and lighter, but the only things that iPod Touch users have been asking is to add camera as an additional feature. And I guess for the next iPod Touch, Apple will grant their customer request for integrating withcamera features.

TechCrunch claims only to a “sources in Asia” that for the next version of the iPod Touch, Apple has placed an order for its camera modules which is the order is quite big.

While MacRumors claiming a step further for the camera that for both iPod Nano and iPod Touch will be updated with cameras and for the case designs, will be designed with a hole for the camera that is purportedly for the iPods.

This rumors about the next coming up iPod getting a camera is not the first time, even AppleInsider has claimed and said in last May that iPods will have camera features that are similar with the cameras that is found in iPhones.

So, at this moment the only Apple handheld device that is equipped with a camera is the iPhone, all the 3 iPhone models are supported with a camera features. But actually putting a camera in iPod Touch is not a problem at all for Apple since both of iPhone and iPod are using the same operating system.

Yet one source also said that some people in Taiwan are speculating to put the cameras in the lower end of the iPod line as Apple might plan due to the order that is supposedly so big, “Everything but the shuffle may have a camera soon for all iPod products.”
