T-mobile Samsung Highlight T749 – 3G Touch Screen phone

Now you can experience a new innovative touch screen phone at an affordable price (about $149.99) with the Samsung Highlight T749 that has been announced by Samsung Mobile. The Samsung Highlight T749 is also supported with 3G and running the widget-happy TouchWiz UI like in the Samsung Memoir camera phone.

Yet Samsung Highlight T749 looks so simple with its size of  4.27 x 2.11 x 0.54 inches but its features are quite completed since it supports a 3″ QWVGA touchscreen that is capable to display up to 16 million colors yet it also support GPS and equipped as well with 3 mega pixel snapper with video recording with supported file format: 3gp, mp4 (recoding) / 3gp, mp4, wmv, amr (play).

The service now is available via T-Mobile USA and for the frequency band, Samsung Highlight T749 offers quad band GSM : 850, 900, 1800, 1900 and dual band UMTS: 1700/2100 so it covers the two T-Mobile’s frequencies.

The other features of this Samsung Highlight T749 that also can be competed with another smart phones that this phone also support for AIM, Window Live Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger for chatting. Besides with the full QWERTY keyboard, the user will also feel comfortable to send email using this Samsung T749 as well.

For the local connectivity, the Samsung Highlight T749 is equipped and supported with Bluetooth with A2DP and USB, so it can be used as a music player with supported file formats: Supported file formats: MP3, WMA, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+. And you don’t need to worry to store your favorite songs collection on this phones even though the internal memory is only limited to 60MB but it’s also supported with expandable memory card slot.
