SilverFrame Advanced Digital Picture Frame – A Touch Screen WiFi Multimedia Streaming Digital Frame

SilverPac has unveiled and announced for their new Advanced Digital Picture Frame (ADPF) at Computex 2009, which is known as the SilverPac SilverFrame Digital Picture Frame. But this kind of Digital Picture Frame is not a cheap photo display one since this ADPF supports Window SlideShow and Windows Live FrameIt that allowing to display online multimedia content as well as offering traditional digiframe functionality with its 10.1 inch and 1024 x 567 resolution touchscreen to manage wireless connectivity.
The SilverFrame features and capabilities are not only to show local photos, but the featured that is offered by its 10″ touchscreen is quite impressive, it will allow you to play and wirelessly stream video, digital audio, pull RSS feeds as well. You will also be able to sync with your calendar and emails so you can reply the emails directly on screen. And with its WiFi features, you also can play with your favorite Facebook, Photobucket, Picasa, etc.
Besides the WiFi, for other connectivity, SilverFrame Digital Picture is also fully equipped with Bluetooth 2.0 and infrared for the remote control. As for the memory capacity, it’s powered by a Freescale processor with 512MB RAM but it has a multi format memory card slot, so you can upgrade up to 1GB of memory storage capacity.
The SilverPac also use twin 1.5W speakers and rotation sensor for this SilverFrame Digital Picture to flip the screen orientation automatically. In addition of that, this Advanced Digital Picture Frame of SilverFrame also runs Window Embedded CE 6.0 R2, so it also can run Internet Explorer and various IM clients.
